The Assessment Center provides a comprehensive analysis of the compatibility between the individual and his job including main personality traits, personal values, strengths and weaknesses, behaviour patters, motivation factors, job emphasis, potential for development.

The Assessment Center consists of:

  • Behaviour Assessment Inventories - carrying out self-assessment through a behaviour analysis system developed by an UK company, and is based on the DISC methodology. It has an information accuracy degree of 85% ;
  • Structured Interviews are specially designed to integrate and verify the information provide by the behaviour analysis system, as well as to elaborate it on a personal level.
  • Interactive Role Plays and Simulations , to be carried out additionally to the assessment, aim at demonstration of the assessed individual traits in a simulation environment. The Interactive Role Plays and Simulations conducted by aims Human Capital are designed to test and verify the conclusions deducted from the previous two Assessment Center Stages. 

The principles of Assessment Center are as follows:
